ATTENTION ALL HOMEOWNERS:

If you walk our neighborhood in the early morning, you have noticed trash along the street. It is usually wrappers from a fast food gourmet meal, widely known to be the late night preferred teenagers stab at health food. The habit of some teenagers of using the street as a repository of unwanted items is known to be customary in areas in which there is no parental guidance.

We have all seen this on TV programs showing ghetto areas in cities like, New York; therefore, it cannot be our children, but could be someone here as a visitor of our teenagers. That being the case, we ask that you with teenage children, encourage them to actively work at being a role model to those they may know, who have not had the advantage of proper parental guidance.

If they happen to know one of these visitors who use the credit card with the last 4 digits of 9083, they might spend extra time with them, as they are a known offender.

If all else fails, perhaps they might be persuaded to toss before entering our development.

Now is the time to perform all of your regular house and yard maintenance, and to repair and paint your windows.

And remember, you must submit a written request to the Architectural Review Committee for any trees to be removed from your yard.

Trash Schedule Pick-Up for 2011

Regular trash pickup days: Monday and Thursday

Holiday trash pickup days:

Memorial Day 5/30/11 Trash will be picked up as usual on Monday 5/30/11
Independence Day 7/4/11 Trash will be picked up as usual on Monday 7/4/11
Labor Day 9/5/11 Trash will be picked up as usual on Monday 9/5/11
Thanksgiving Day 11/24/11 Trash will be picked up on Saturday 11/26/11
Christmas Day 12/25/11 Trash will be picked up as usual on Monday 12/26/11

We ask that your trash be ready for pickup by 7:00 AM on all trash days, including holiday pickup days. After pick up please place containers out of sight.

2011 Chipper Service Update

Chipper Service Update: The Chipper Service (debris removal) is scheduled to come through Brentwood Country Club on the Monday of the second full week of the month. These dates would be as follows for 2011:

July 11th.

August 15th.

September 15th.

October10th.

November 14th.

December 12th.

You can confirm these dates by calling the Chipper Service directly at 615-371-0080.
